ZP127/660 Mining Automatic Spraying Dust-settling Device (Wind and Water Interactive Dust-settling Solution)

The device can be equipped with sensors such as pyroelectric infrared, touch, dust concentration, temperature,smoke, equipment start-stop, etc.according to actualindustrial and mining. The device input signal via sensor, after signal processed by the dust-settling host,it can control the opening and closing of electric ball valve for the automatic spraying dust-settling purposes. (1.Water source can be connected alone;2.Water source and wind source can be connected at the same time). It is mainly used for coal mine underground mining transportation lane, return air lane, transfer point and other dust production points and blasting operations and spray sites.

Working mode

The hostcan be setto normallyopen spray mode,timedspray mode and automati spray mode.

●  Normally open spray mode

In the normally open mode,it will stop when a pedestrian or vehicle passes through any of the pyroelectric infrared sensors,and start working automaticallyafter a certain time delay (0-60s djustable].
● Timed spray mode
6 spray on time periods can be set per day, and the device start spraying automatically during, the periods. It will stop wh n a pedestrian or vehicle passes through any of the pyroelectri infrared sensors, and start working automatically after a certain time delay (0-60s adjustable).
●  Automatic spray mode
(Configure dust concentration sensor) Do not spray when the tduconcentrations is not exceeded. When the dust concentration exceeds the standard, thespray will be started a ut omatica lly u nti l the du st conc en tration d oes no t excee dstandardhe an d s top sp ra yi ng after a certain time delay (1-10s adjustable). It willnstopapedestrianwhe or vehicle pas s es through any of the pyroelectric infrared sensors, and start working automaticlly after a certain time delay (0-60s adjustable).
